Pilates in Montréal, the Centre Pilates de
Montréal (CPM) opened its doors in 1992.
Since then we have given thousands of hours of Pilates
training to Montrealers of all ages and have been
featured in over 20 articles, radio and television
shows. In order to keep up with growing demand the
Centre Pilates de Montréal moved to its present
location at 5065 Queen Mary road (just east of Décarie)
in January 1999. Centre Pilates de Montreal offers
instructor certification programs, group classes
among other services.
